They can decide tow to Three days before time and we can help with doing there booking. clients can decide how long they want to travel wails on tour and can travel with there own pace and time this means that the tour is totally under the clients control with assistance of professional tour guide who helps with giving the best options of lodges that can be still visited, and he or she will Guide you through the lodges and National parks you want to visit. Clients Pay there own accommodation except when they over night in a town or city .all meals will be paid by the company except in town or city were clients have multiple choices’ of restaurants that they can go to for their dinners   the park entrances will be included when the office  Receive a tow  to three days in advance notice  bay a phone call   from the clients or guide so that early bookings and payments can be arranged .

If anything needs to be change that will be discussed with the Tour Guide to find out if it would be the best option before taking actions. All guest will be Required to receive the office and the tour guides Number on the day off arrival and will have to fill in a indemnity that will also be sent through to them on email. Your first accommodations will be (Windhoek) capital city Namibia or (Cape Town) South Africa. Accommodation will be paid by the company for those two nights.  You will meet with your guide on the day of arrival and you can decide how and where you want to start of your tour on the third day On your second day you have chance to pull money at any of the ATM Bank machines and do your shopping for the first few days .
